NAMA have published a list of properties that are subject to enforcement in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain.
NAMA has taken over many of the large loans made by Irish banks – and n some cases it has taken “enforcement action” on these loans by placing the related properties into receivership.
NAMA states that the fact that a property is on this list does not necessarily imply that that property is currently for sale.
NAMA states that any query with respect to the sale status of any property listed, or any other matter relating to the facts of a specific property, should be directed to the appointed receiver.
The name of the receiver firms or other insolvency agents is given on the list.
