If you thought one Budget speech was more than enough – well this year the budget for 2012 will be announced over two days by two different Ministers.
First we will get the budget changes (mostly cuts we expect) in public spending – which will be given on December 5th by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform – Brendan Howlin . Then on Tuesday the 6th December the Minister for Finance Michael Noonan will outline the budget 2012 taxation changes.
It will mean an extra day’s sitting for the Dáil, which does not normally sit on Monday or Friday (Three Day week !)
